Nta Digital Analog

Digital Analog enables precise positioning of implants on 3D printed models by transferring periodontal data into digital workflows. Designed for high accuracy in guided surgery and prosthetic planning, ensuring reliable results in advanced restorative applications.

Surgical Guide

In case of lack of one or more teeth, the Surgical Guide provides implant surgery without opening a flap and is produced according to the surgery area. CT scan data and oral scan data or plaster model are transferred to 3D programs. Bone thickness is determined during implant planning and implant positions are checked virtually in patient’s mouth before surgery. Afterwards, the guide is produced with 3D printers based on the implant positions designed virtually.

  • Safe and Accurate and Precise: Guide is produced according to the condition of the patient and makes surgery precise and safe.
  • Flapless and Comfortable: No need for stitches thanks to flapless surgery and lower chance to have gum injuries. Guide reduces treatment time and provides easier and more comfortable surgeries.
  • Chance to Apply Immediate Loading: No need to wait for prosthesis preparation. Guide provides immediate loading.
  • 3D CT Scan: Implant placement decision is based on CT scan data of the patient. If implant placement is applicable, CT scan data and oral scan data or plaster model are used for implant planning with 3D programmes.
  • Implant Planning: Bone thickness is determined during implant planning in 3D programmes. Implants are positioned virtually in the patient’s mouth before surgery and the guide is produced with 3D printers based on the virtual design.
  • Surgery Procedure: After positioning the surgical guide in the patient’s mouth, implant sites are marked on the gum. Drilling is performed through the metal sleeves of the guide, implants are placed and the process is finalized by placing healing abutments or cover screws.
